Marvel Bay Cafe makes their own deli salads, cookies, brownies, biscotti and tarts. My wife and i have been there a dozen times. It has a nice athmosphere. 

I believe thst areas like South Tacoma that have lots of big yards and people who like to garden, we have the ability to grow food in our communities for our communiities.

I don’t think that any house can be self sufficient. But we can greatly reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing the distance betwen field and table.

I want to start a Tacoma/Pierce County based herb growing retail seller that buys from and sells within neighborhoods and connects businesses with local growers within their neighborhoods.
